Hello, It's Pradeep Singh Rawat this side. Currently I'm working in OTC operations, working as a dual roles as an Order Management Specialist and Customer Service Representative. My career started with CA firm, driven by my passion for learning. This passion brought me to Genpact in 2018, where I began a new journey.I started in PTP operations at Genpact and, within six months (including training), began earning awards for my consistent, high-level performance. This success led me to explore the growing OTC domain.For over three years, I’ve gained in-depth experience in OTC operations. However, my drive for growth pushes me to keep learning and improving. I am now looking for better opportunities to upgrade my skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to exciting projects.
