General Manager of US Mid-Continent (MidCon) Region overseeing one of the 5 regions that make up the US business. Robert leads day-to-day performance and operations while helping deliver on the Americas’ wider strategic initiatives under the GHD operating model. Based in Houston, this executive role is part of the North American Leadership Team responsible for developing and executing GHD’s strategy.

Vice President and Northern California Area Manager for Parsons Corporation. He provides operational leadership in and around the Bay Area, including in water and wastewater, roads and highways, and bridges and tunnels. Since joining Parsons in 2012, Robert has been a passionate leader participating in Parsons’ Leadership Council, General Management Acceleration Program, and Project Management Certification. Additionally, he is a member of Parsons’ Inclusion and Diversity Committee, presently serving as co-chair of its Executive and Intern Recruitment sub-committee.

The Northern California Regional Manager for the Civil/ Structural Division which includes Water/Wastewater, Roads & Highways, and Bridges & Tunnels. Oversees and provides both operational and sales leadership for Parsons Infrastructure business unit. An experienced Program Director who has spent much of his career assessing, planning, designing, and providing program management for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.

Functioned as a Project Manager and Regional Water Practice Lead while a program management (PgM) consultant for a 10-year, billion dollar, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for DC Water. Provided PgM support services with an integrated approach with Parsonsjoint venture partner including overseeing program staff, managing resources, and the CIP planning effort. Additionally, Robert served as technical staff on several projects performing project management, needs assessments, alternative analysis, and constructiondrawing development.

Program management support for SFPUC Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP), a 20-year, multi-billion dollar citywide investment required to upgrade the aging sewer infrastructure to ensure a reliable and seismically safe sewer system. Robert served as the lead for Parsons in a joint venture managed program. He oversaw staff and managed resources, coordinating sub-consultants, and providing comprehensive planning and preliminary design services. He helped in the outreach to stakeholders and the public, as well as developing processes, procedures, and systems and then applied resources to those systems in order to deliver cost-effective projects on schedule and within budget.

Carried out hydrology/hydraulics studies for multiple projects and developed design drawings for storm drain facilities. Assisted in water industry growth strategy of region and coordinated directly with clients.

Managed scope, budget and schedule for projects that met key success factors for clients. Performed duties for diverse projects including evaluation, quantity take-offs, and computations for hydroelectric facilities, and engineering services during construction.

Reported directly to location manager and was vital to the advancement of a marketing plan, strategy, financial review, and business development for the San Diego region.
