I am passionate about building relationships with my clients, staff and commercial representatives so that I may lead an organisation that evolves and always strives for more. Personal connections I have made over the years have not simply facilitated a journey to success but have afforded me the opportunity to enjoy that journey. I am indebted to my early tutors who gave me employment as well as the business partners I have been involved with over the years whom have provided their support. I have been a PEP tutor for the Pharmacy Department, Monash University training countless students and trainees as they commence their career into Pharmacy and always have considered that responsibility a privilege.I have learnt that I must constantly look to the future as "change" appears to be the only constant in my industry. I am also fortunate to have a wonderful wife and three children that support me and always keep me grounded.
