I am a senior at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, starting to look for roles in the field of communication. As a communication major, I'm intrigued by the inner working of the individual and what makes us work best as a team. I feel that no team can be successful without understanding the dynamic of the individuals involved. I have worked in customer service as a server throughout my college education, and have interned with a local Chamber of Commerce in order to expand my knowledge of organizations and their workings. I'd like to put this experience to use in a position where I can satisfy customers, work as part of a team, and resolve conflict.
