As a Customer Success Executive at Contaque, I am responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients who use our wide range of call center solutions. I work with them to understand their needs, provide training and support, and resolve any issues or queries they may have. I also collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and insights from the customers' perspective, and to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in business management, marketing, and strategy. I also have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from BBD, where I developed my technical and analytical skills. I have a strong expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), customer experience, and contact center architecture, which I apply to my current role and previous roles as a Sr. BDM and a BDM at Contaque. I have successfully managed multiple campaigns, projects, and clients, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations. I have also contributed to the development and launch of Contaque NGUCC, a new feature that enables agents to login, dial, and enter disposition codes without a PC.I am passionate about providing solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations, and that create value for both the customers and the company.
