With over 18 years of work experience in the publishing and content industry, I specialize in managing offshore e-publishing operations for leading global publishers. As an Associate Vice President at Newgen KnowledgeWorks, I lead a team of project management and editorial professionals who provide the entire gamut of publishing services to leading publishing houses across the world. In my current role, I am responsible for end-to-end account management for a leading publisher, from internal operations, process management, and strategic planning to revenue management and fostering strong client relationships. My role also extends all the way from the pre-production editorial stages to the post-production steps in the publication process. My passion for teaching has enabled me to contribute to my organization's extensive mentoring programs for publishing experts and newcomers.
