Responsible for managing the relationship between clients and the agency. Managing small account dedicated teams of account technicians to create and manage campaigns that deliver clients' goals.• Contribute to the creation of campaigns including; keyword research, strategy development, creation of ad copy.• Regularly report to the client on campaign performance and provide support to clients in terms of their understanding or ensuring campaigns are in-line with organisational goals.• Audit performance to uncover issues and opportunities and developing strategies to resolve or capitalise.• Suggesting areas of opportunity or developments i.e. on the website that will improve campaign performance.
