Revelian (since acquired by Criteria Corp) is a SaaS platform that provides psychometric assessments for talent management. I led a company-wide rebrand (from Onetest to Revelian) - including the development of a new brand identity, new responsive website, internal communications, promotional videos, corporate publications, and social media presence. I managed the Revelian brand, including the development and implementation of creative and strategic marketing and communication plans and budgets to connect with new clients and retain existing clients.I created and distributed a wide variety of content such as blogs and infographics, managed events and sponsorship benefits, and grew Revelian's reputation both on and offline through public relations and social media management. I helped the company successfully launch new products to market including game-based assessments.I developed concepts and marketing materials for Revelian displays at AAGE conference - voted best exhibition booth by attendees two years straight (2013, 2014).

FBA promotes sustainable land and water management in the largest river catchment flowing to the Great Barrier Reef. I transformed the image and influence of the Association through:◊ Stakeholder-focused communication and engagement approaches◊ Fostering a positive media profile, managing contentious environmental issues◊ Improved branding through clear guidelines, new templates & internal communication.Day-to-day I managed the development and distribution of a wide range of publications including the annual report, funding reports, project communication plans, presentations, flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral. I also supervised and guided three communication team members.A major project I managed was the establishment of a visitor and education centre (FLOW Visitor Centre): from initial concept, appointment of agency, content and design oversight, and installation - through to the staffing, launch and ongoing promotion and daily operation of the facility. I established the Association's social media presence and implemented strategies to rapidly grow engagement with online communities, with a focus on Facebook.I co-ordinated a total re-build of the Association's website (fba.org.au) including: audit, content strategy, new content creation and sourcing, and managing the design and development process.I played a lead role in establishing a unique brand as well as communication and design templates to support the launch of the Grazing BMP initiative (of which the Association is a partner) and the Fitzroy Partnership for River Health (riverhealth.org.au).

I boosted science communication across central region including fostering awareness of two key projects: CQ Sustainable Farming Systems (CQSFS) and FutureBeef. FutureBeef has since progressed to become a statewide initiative supported by the Department. In this role I :- Wrote, proofread and edited large and complex scientific publications, including several books - as well as briefing notes, fact sheets, articles and speeches.- Wrote and published informative and succinct website and intranet content to promote sustainable beef and cropping projects.- Helped organise and run a large two-day forum for the region's growers and contributed to strong attendance through targeted marketing and media liaison.- Provided event management for high profile departmental events including several Ministerial launches.

I was the primary media contact for four TAFE campuses in Central Queensland. I significantly increased media coverage through stories focused on student successes and effective media liaison.In addition to PR and media management, in this role I:- Produced the Central Queensland Institute of TAFE's newsletter, including articles, photos and desktop publishing.- Wrote award submissions and other publications including ministerial briefs, flyers, and reports.- Contributed to institute-wide marketing and communications activities, including creative direction and copywriting for advertising across print and online campaigns.- Helped organise, run and promote the CQ TAFE Open Day events - a major promotion that supported new enrolments.- Provided training in communications and media management for key staff, and advised the Institute Director on media and communications issues.I also acted as Senior Communications Officer for a short period, which included managing the Institute's marketing budget as well as supervising two staff.

I enhanced the Member's visibility and reputation in the Mackay electorate through public relations and media management. I significantly increased positive coverage of the Member in local media and the likelihood of local stories being used for Ministerial media releases.In this role I also:- Researched and wrote compelling speeches for both local events and parliament.- Developed informative briefing documents for Ministers and Departments.- Improved community engagement by establishing an electorate newsletter.- Used negotiation and research skills to provide advocacy and achieve positive outcomes for constituents.I also supported the Member during a busy and successful re-election campaign in 2004.
