He is never satisfied with his work until he is sure that the agreed-upon goals are achieved or - even better - surpassed.His professional life started in 1985 with a job education in the chemical industries. During these years he discovered his interest in design and marketing which was increased during a half-year study stay in California in 1989.Shortly after that he dipped into the advertising business. First as an automotive designer, then as a commercial artist. After a few years he would design concepts for enterprise corporate design and marketing campaigns.As the Internet got more attention by entrepreneurs, he started developing Internet and content concepts for companies. In 1997 he moved with his family to Estonia and worked as IT teacher at a trade school, teaching his skills in design and Internet strategy. During this time he contributed in establishing the profession of IT-supporters there. 5 years later he continued teaching design students in Germany in web conception and design.Working as an employee for advertising and marketing companies until 2006 laid the solid basis for his holistic view of marketing and content creation processes. Since then he continued working as CEO for his own company in close cooperation with companies, agencies and developers in Germany, Europe and China.His slogan has always been »Never stop learning!
