    Since starting last year I have brought my technical communication skills to bear on processes around management of maintenance tickets, resulting in dramatic improvements in the reporting and tracking of requests and bringing outstanding ticket numbers down to less than a quarter of their previous levels.I have supported significant changes in development processes, including coaching team members in Scrum and agile methodology, facilitating the cascade of planning from top-level requirements gathering to detailed task cards, and ensuring progress is well communicated to stakeholders.I managed a significant project to ensure GDPR compliance, covering auditing, redesigning and communicating both internal processes and our offering to business customers.     I provided internal and second-line support for our NHS compliance and performance platform, while managing the through-put of both bug-related and development work for the technical team.I consistently kept the outstanding customer bug count in single figures and reduced it to zero multiple times, by successfully designing and implementing an Agile process for dealing with incoming bug reports.I ensured that stability of the system could be tested quickly by designing a series of light-touch manual test scripts that could be followed by anyone to exercise all sections of the platform. Within thirty minutes of a major infrastructure change, I had compiled from these tests a comprehensive list of which modules were and were not adversely affected.I reduced the number of issues being passed to the technical team by creating and growing an internal FAQ wiki, based on queries from customers and colleagues. This was referenced frequently by customer facing staff and supported their ongoing learning.I delivered a full re-implementation and migration of several major product modules, including NICE and CQC solutions.I enabled any team member to update vital internal software and content.
