Project Procurement Manager for installation and commissioning of telecommunication equipment – team of 5 resourcesResponsibility in the management of problems relating to subcontracting and the health & safety of construction sites at national level.- management budget and operating margin of the orders- selection of new suppliers and management of existing ones with the responsibility of contracts- referent and coordinator of the processes related to E-auctions using electronic portals (Ariba and Emptoris)- management subcontracts, including “Nolo & Distacco”, for civil works- management subcontracts for the installation and commissioning of telecommunications equipment with contract signing (from 2016 as actual manager)- management contract, purchase with SRM tool- management invoices and verification the existence of supplier data with SAP BP tool- management indirect business purchases with particular attention to the energy suppliers contracts (Gas and Electricity) and equipment with use of E-auctions and company restructures (from 2012 to 2016 as manager)- management subcontracts for the radio coverage activity of the galleries with the use of E-auctions (from 2007 to 2012)Results:I managed a budget of up to € 65 million per year with about forty subcontract companies.Since 2011 I have been a member of an international working group aimed to develop the new typologies and to standardize at group level the best practices for installation and commissionnig activities in E-auctions and since May 2018 I am in the UAT group for SAP Ariba.In 2012 I created and developed a new E-auction methodology implemented by the IBM company on the Emptoris portal (Japanese Auction).From 2007 to 2012 I increased the margin improvement from a loss of 20-25% to a gain of 17-22% with the use of the E-auction.From 2004 to 2009 I was the best user of the worldwide portal for Purchases based on the number of events, with over a hundred events per year.
