I was drawn towards law and completed my law degree after my business degree.After my studies, litigation was my first stop. With its adversarial setting and high stakes, litigation was something I enjoyed. But as with all things, my interests evolved. I transitioned to transactional work and started specialising in real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.But there was another frontier beckoning. Technology.Technology was more than just a tool for me. It was a passion. Merging my legal background with this interest, I delved into technology.Two companies were founded out of the interests of law and tech: DocNinja and ContractNinja. The former creates custom document automation and e-signatures solutions for large enterprises and law firms. The latter is my tribute to my fellow legal professionals, providing them with the arsenal they need to master contracts.But who am I beyond my work?Well, I'm someone who finds comfort in the background, observing and reflecting. Though reserved, the people and pets in my life have a special way of bringing out my more animated side. My two daughters, aged 2 and 4, are my little whirlwinds; their laughter and curiosity are a daily reminder of life's simple joys. Our two Spaniels add to the chaos and love of our household.Then there's my wife, the true superstar of our family. As a medical specialist, her precision and dedication inspire me every day.
