Review contractor invoices for accuracy; recommend approval/disapproval, tracking payments through, WAWF, ensure timely payroll submissions and reviews. Prepare documentation of change orders or modifications, analyze proposals and communicate with contracting officer when the proposal varies significantly from estimates or scope. Analyze price elements of proposed changes and provide advice and documentation to support negotiation position. Prepare negotiation memoranda to communicate rationale and methods in arriving at final settlement. Coordination of final reports/products and approval of final payments; ensuring inspection, completion and warranty deliverables.
