I joined the FP&A HQ position for the TMTT business in March. As an FP&A expert, I provide financial insights and projections to the accounting team, ensuring reliable data and analysis for decision-making and planning. I prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations, identify action items, and frame decisions that need to be made.

As an FP&A analyst for the local finance team, I was promoted to Senior FP&A Analyst, where I played a crucial role in managing and shaping the organization's financial health. My responsibilities included assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. After transitioning from the Accounting Analyst role, I assumed a leadership position in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) where I spearheaded budgeting activities for a period of two years. In this capacity, I served as the primary liaison for various business unit leaders, providing support and guidance during Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparations. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in onboarding and supporting the new Finance Manager upon their arrival at the company, establishing a strong partnership that extended throughout their tenure as Finance Manager and my direct supervisor. This experience allowed me to further develop my financial acumen, leadership skills, and collaborative abilities, contributing to the overall success and cohesion of the finance team and the organization as a whole.
