Experienced Telehealth Therapist with extensive knowledge in video, phone, and messaging therapy. My passion is working remotely with individuals to not only make therapy accessible but also convenient. My specialties include but are not limited to working with all individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, adult ADHD and ADD, and helping others process deep complex PTSD. Being able to identify as a queer therapist reduces not only the stigma but the fear of crossing paths with a therapeutic provider who may have different beliefs. Allowing adults to understand their behaviors based on previously undiagnosed ADHD and ADD opens opportunities for previously stuck but driven individuals. Watching someone transition from being a survivor to a thriving with a sense of meaning and purpose brings delight to the moments of my day! With 20 years of experience in mental health, the wealth of knowledge has only just begun to expand!
