When arriving in the UK in 1998 Sarah worked for theatres in London, Manchester and toured two operas in the Republic of Ireland. Sarah was the Front of House Manager and Box Office Manager for productions at St Martins Youth Arts Centre in South Yarra, Melbourne for over two years. She coordinated staff, managed ticket sales, balanced the box office and dealt with all customer enquiries during performance times. As Front of House Manager she was responsible for the opening and closing of the venue, making sure all productions and staff were compliant with Health and Safety requirements and followed security protocols.
