Steven has worked in the catering industry for 26 years in 5 star hotels Michelin restaurants events catering companies and has travelled overseas and cooked all around Europe, Australia and London.Steven was Head Chef for the Devere Group at The Grand Hotel Brighton and Dunstan Hall Hotel Norwich and Executive Head Chef at Brighton College for 5years before starting up Cookes Catering back in 2006. Since then Steven has run large events in Sussex and London for other companies as well as actively teaching in colleges and university's whilst freelancing himself out on a weekly basis, he is a passionate consultant who is out most months helping catering businesses maximise there potential whether it be menu creation, health and safety, training etc.Steven has been involved in product launches and food demonstrations for Mercedes Benz, Nintendo, Heinz, Unilever, Ferrero, City and Guilds,Mitchell and Cooper to mention but a few.
