We are an mechanical and electrical building services design consultancy.We offer the following services; condition & dilapidation surveys, building services design and consultancy (lighting, emergency lighting, power, renewables, fire alarm, heating & ventilation, air conditioning, feasibility studies, project management, etc).We operate in the following.

I was brought in to this emerging consultancy to expand the design element; the previous focus being in the building services surveying sector. It was identified that there were design opportunities arising from the survey results that were not being fully exploited. Though an electrical role, mechanical experience was plentiful.
