Nathan led EY's U.S. West Restructuring practice, Co-Led EY Americas' Reshaping Results Consumer Products team, and led EY's U.S. Chief Restructuring Officer ("CRO") practice.

** Served as interim CFO and CAO of Competitor Group, Inc., the owner of the Rock 'N Roll Marathon Series. In this role, he helped to restructure the Company's debt, led the company through numerous operational improvement initiatives and assisted in the June 2017 sale of the Company to Ironman.** Served as interim CFO of Innovative Hearth Products** Provided advisory services to distressed and transitioning middle market companies

** Served as interim CFO of Anna's Linens, a 300 store retailer, assisting in the completion of an $80 million debt refinancing and operational improvement.** Served as interim CFO of Water Pik, Inc., assisting in the completion of a dividend recap as well as the sale of the company to MidOcean Partners and Vulcan Capital in 2013.** Served as interim CFO for Innkeepers USA Trust, a REIT that owned 72 hotels with $1.5 billion of assets. This restructuring won an Atlas Award as the Large Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year in 2012.** Served as interim CFO and Treasurer for Hilex Poly, the largest plastic shopping bag manufacturer in the world with $600 million in annual revenues. This restructuring was named to Turnaround & Workouts list of Successful Restructurings in 2008.** Named to M&A Advisor's International 2010 List of the Top "40 Under 40" M&A, Financing and Turnaround Professionals in the World.** Selected as one of Turnarounds and Workouts "People to Watch" in 2012.
