• Ensure quality product is produced at a high rate, and all operations abide by the standards set forth by Silver Bay Seafoods, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and other regulatory organizations
• Assist HR, Recruiting, Safety, Maintenance, Housing, Fleet, IT, Quality departments with whatever necessary to ensure facility is running correctly in all aspects
• Ensure profit is maximized, crew morale is high, facility stays #1 in Bristol Bay Sockeye & Herring production

Insure hourly/daily production goals are met and exceeded. Foresee any issues that may impede production speed and fix accordingly. Meet daily with Plant Manager and Production Manager, implement their directives. Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager to insure quality of product exceeds company, FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards. Assist Production.

Insuring all deoartments flow together and exceed production goals. Implement directives given by Production Manager and Plant Manager. Assist in training of other Foreman.

Oversee product through freezing process, package and prepare for shipping. Eleven products each with multiple grades; glazed, cased up, documented, tracked by lot, labeled accordingly. Worked closely with Fish House Foreman and Shipping Manager to insure smooth transfer of product from one department to the next with out slowing production.

Oversee all production and production staff during the night shift. Insure production goals are exceeded and Plant Managers directives are implemented.
