Established formal Organizational Change Management (OCM) function for SunTrust Bank to support critical corporate change initiatives. Developed and delivered change management training to senior management, introduced change management tools and methodology, and secured headcount to staff the change management function. Developed organizational change communications to support corporate transformation, including CEO speeches, leadership messages and videos.

Led the internal communications team, including executive communications and speech writing, corporate intranet, internal social media, organizational change communications, and multimedia/video messaging. Provided communications support for internal brand activation (for two brand refreshes), employee engagement efforts, Human Resources initiatives, and all organizational change activities. Delivered change management training to senior leaders and served as an executive coach.Led a refresh/redesign of the corporate intranet resulting in significantly improved utilization and increased communications effectiveness. Developed several award-winning videos and communications materials in support of organizational changes.
