We develop AI technology to analyze videos of athletes' & amateurs' performances in different sports to provide them with feedback and affordable personalized training plans.We assembled a team, signed and executed a project with a first-year revenue of $200k, developed a go-to-market strategy, and organized the first installment of the pilot system.

Actions:- Conducted market research and performed over 30 problem-solving interviews to launch the product in the US market.- Managed a cross-functional team consisting of a UX/UI designer, analyst, iOS and backend developers, marketer, and 3D designer.- Launched over 20 A/B tests that improved product metrics and App Store installation conversion rates.- Conducted ASO optimizations of the semantic core to increase impressions and installations in the App Store.- Designed and created most of the app's user interface, App Store preview screens, website, and internal dashboards.Results:- Implemented over 50 product tasks and features based on product and marketing research and user feedback.- Managed to triple the number of organic installations and quadruple MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) in the last six months.- Increased ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User) by 2 times through additional premium user sales, reaching $30.69 USD, which is 25% better than the market benchmark of around $23.01 USD.

After winning a cryptocurrency market analysis competition at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2018 as part of the "Introduction to Entrepreneurship" course, the course lecturer invited me to work at his company, Orlan.
