I'm a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) graduate, having graduated from The University of Queensland in July 2013. A bright, social, and highly motivated individual, I bring a good balance of analytical and empathetic to any role. My psychology background gives me both insight into disability and HR functions, and also a highly developed understanding of people, behavior, relationship building, and interpersonal communication. Likewise, I had certification and endorsement for being a teamplayer and a contact centre officerMy professional employment history has involved several positions at Endeavor and Blue Care, all of which assists clients with disability to have a positive outlook in their daily lives. Currently I work as a Residential Care Officer assisting individuals to reach their personal goals through various therapeutic methods such as person-centered approach and Mindfulness Therapy. These roles have affirmed my love for problem-solving, interacting with people, and teaching. Likewise, I have been involved in various youth mentoring programs and volunteer works both locally and overseas. In addition, I have been certified by vetassess to be a qualified psychotherapist in July 2014 and had served the Aboriginal of Pormpuraaw in Queensland 2016 and the First Nation of Canada 2018. I am well equipped to tackle the daily arising pressing needs of the society. I have collaborated with nurses, doctors and social workers in order to capitalize on their knowledge and skills set. In my free time, I had a strong desire to travel and has been to various European and North America countries which allowed me to grow out of my comfort zone. This helped me adapt to new environment easily.
