Helped to develop the Mott MacDonald NEC team in Hong Kong.Worked for a year as trainer and in business development direct for Thomas Telford, the publisher or NEC.Act as trainer for NEC's 4 day course for ECC Project Manager accreditation and 2 day session for Supervisor accreditation.Worringly, I have given the 4 day course more than 70 times!Also international procurement experience with multilateral development banks (eg World Bank and Asian Development Bank) and water sector mainly with FIDIC (Pink and Yellow Book) contracts. PPP experience in Northern Ireland, Russia and Oman.Currently working on a major DBO water projects for Dhaka, Bangladesh. 7 published papers, a book chapter and more than 50 articles on various aspects of the NEC.See 'Publications' below.
