Operations Supervisor
Current- Key Result Area / Primary Objectives:
- Provide effective leadership and act as a role model to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Appraise, train and develop all team consultants and senior consultants.
- Utilise efficient communication, people and time management skills
- Act as point of contact and provide resolution for all matters, including escalated customer queries, OH&Sissues and building maintenance, after hours
- Monitoring KPI's to ensure individual team targets are met.
