Allowed the finance team to identify variances in gross margin to budget and work with other departments to correct issues. Developed weekly operations package. Weekly package delivered to sales and construction management teams that measures actual sales, starts, and closings to budget, as well as helping those teams manage homes under construction to ensure the division is communicating the correct expectations to corporate. Developed scenario analysis model in Excel to measure margin, ROI, and IRR changes based on pricing changes and cycle times. Model allows the division to determine how various business decisions can impact key metrics in communities. Developed commission database in Access to generate sales agent and designer statements.
