I am a second year electrical engineering major from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and I am seeking internships to give me a well-rounded set of skills from different work environments that will make me more effective in the workplace and competitive in my industry. I am a disciplined, high-capacity, articulate hard worker who takes initiative and demonstrates integrity.I graduated as the salutatorian of my high achieving class in high school, with a 4.44 GPA. I was accepted for early action into Georgia Tech as an electrical engineer, and am currently beginning my first semester as of Fall of 2023. I currently have a 3.8 GPA finishing my first year at Georgia Tech. I am eager to get into the job industry to find out where I am most fulfilled and effective. My main interest is electrical engineering—primarily in the power industry—however, I am very interested in other jobs pertaining to my major, from circuits, to robotics, to electric systems, and much more. I recently finished an internship at Cappstone Energy Group LLC, an electrical energy consulting firm. I had the opportunity to work with EMC’s throughout the state of Georgia, primarily in inspecting power distribution lines. However, I had the privilege of working alongside one of the engineers at the company, and I was able to learn so much about power electronics and energy transmission. From reclosers to transformers, or power factor to three-phase power, I was fortunate to gain a lot of experience on power distribution that will make future classes much easier.Overall, I am eager to learn about what I love most and what is do best, and I am excited for what future opportunities lie ahead as I see where I can apply my skills in EE and energy systems!
