This included a great deal of multitasking such as; implementing company policies to identify promising candidates and directing them to the proper channels within the company, recording detailed notes of each call, and educating the client about the services we offer.

Held leadership positions requiring management skills to oversee more than twenty other volunteers and their respective geographical areas at one time. My responsibilities included accounting for their efforts, training, interviewing, and personally working with these volunteers as well as implementing effective planning techniques, and setting and reporting our goals.

Taking photographs of real estate properties for an online banking site. Through this I recognize how to work with due dates and manage my own schedule. My employer has taught me how to exemplify responsible work ethics through a trusting relationship.

An extracurricular club that only qualified students are asked to join. We planned service projects and recorded individual service hours with a minimum of eight hours a term for each student. My accomplishments in the society included; maintaining a 3.7 GPA with a 3.5 as a minimum requirement for the program, implementing service projects for local homeless shelters as well as attending monthly leadership meetings.

Multiple service projects designed and carried out within 32 hours of service under the name Food for Troops. A project for American troops overseas, I gathered goods for the troops, such as hygiene items and food that is hard to come by, where they are. We sent a total of 24 packages for these soldiers.

West Bengal, India

Leadership program for teenagers. A grueling application and interview process to get into the program in early 2012. I was one of fifty teens, out of more than 100, to be accepted. Each member was responsible for raising $3,700 to pay their way and donate to children in West Bengal, India. We had leadership meetings every other week for ten months to prepare us for two weeks in India. We each created our own lesson plans for the assigned subjects that we would be teaching to the kids in India and we also did many service projects outside of the humanitarian trip throughout the ten months of training and preparation.
