From 7 + years in a range of customer service roles, I have sought to maximise every opportunity to understand, learn and build upon my ever-expanding skill set.I'm an optimistic individual that will always embrace change and improvement. My ability to adapt means I'm constantly searching for new ways to innovate, refine processes and onboard new technology systems.My curious nature forces me to fully comprehend problems and not accept an end product without a viable answer. This pushes me to search in areas that haven't been looked before and ask questions that haven't been asked.
