Appointed to put together a Commercial team to operate across all divisions of Express Media Group. Also the Managing Editor for Truckin' Life and Caravan and Motorhome brands. - Develop strategies, systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow- Develop in-house agency practices to service large clients and ensure continuity of brands across all platforms- Train and develop Commercial staff- Act as liaison between clients and in-house stakeholders- Edit and develop copy and scripts across all clients and all media platforms- conceptualise and commission stories- Editing- Brand management and development across print, online, DVD and DM- ultimate responsibility for the Caravan and Motorhome brand- Editorial development and management- Commercial copy control for hundreds of clients across various mediums
