As a Project Engineer at Caddell Construction, I bring hands-on experience and a solid educational background in Construction Management from John Brown University. During my internships, I handled key tasks such as RFIs, submittals, forecasting, and change orders. I also engaged in site walks, safety talks, and progress sketches, collaborating closely with superintendents and field engineers.My journey in construction has taught me the importance of fairness, integrity, and respect in every project. Whether working on-site or behind the scenes, I strive to ensure that each task is completed with honesty and transparency. At Caddell, I’m excited to be part of a team that values constructing what matters and making a real impact.Outside of work, my background in varsity athletics has instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
