Coming from a background of studying law for 4 years, I developed a lot of knowledge and hard skills. I had the opportunity to take this further and begin a career as a solicitor. Instead I opted to look for an industry where I could see more development in interpersonal and leadership abilities.I therefore looked beyond the field of law and sought an industry which would allow me to develop my interpersonal and communication skills. My current role of trainee partner allows me to give the opportunity I've had to others, and mentor them to see the rewards I have experienced. This allowed me to then focus on developing my leadership skills including public speaking, networking, recruiting and team management.My goals from now are to continue to progress in this role and manage multiple campaigns and open offices across the uk.
