Who happens to be Cooper Ryan you may ask? Born and blessed to be raised from Wichita, Kansas, my childhood revolved around being a tri-sport athlete in baseball, football, and basketball. This is where values of determination and diligence were embedded into my mindset, tools that I would use to persevere throughout the year when all three would overlap and occur simultaneously. That was still not a big enough problem to keep me out, I was passionate for competition and enjoying quality teamwork with friends. Competition has always been a passion from an early age in my life, and it’s something that has evolved more as I have grown older. It boils within me that I hate to lose more than I love to win. I took this devotion of mine to be the very best and applied it to school, where I achieved principal honours roll from middle school up till graduation of high school with a 4.13 GPA. My commitment to education did not halt as I went to Kansas State University and completed my undergraduate degree in business administration school of finance. My greatest achievement in life was also credited to my desire to be the greatest in my field. When finally legal at 16 to search for an occupation, I happily accepted a position at Urban Air Adventure Park for minimum wage floor monitor, the lowest position offered at the company. In the midst of the year, I had made a great impression by simply offering my assistance in times when they urgently needed help or were understaffed and making sure I showed up with a positive and recognizable personality every day. My help didn’t go unnoticed as I was promoted to manager at the age of 17, a feature that no person had ever done before at any of the locations across the nation (age restriction was 18). The position was never to be used as a pedestal for power abuse, but rather as a developing stage for the leadership that grew within me.
