Responsible for the day to day operations of the production facility. This includes scheduling of all resources necessary to meet production commencements, tracking and maintaining quality metrics, driving productive improvements and reduction of cost.

Joined GKS as a Senior Consultant. Responsibilities include but not limited to set up of the data mining tools for new customers and training customers in the use of the tools to improve their yields. Promoted to Field Support Manager for Applied Tool NeXus in July of 2005. As Field Support Manager, I managed the world wide install and customer training team and was responsible for customer satisfaction with all Applied Tool NeXus products.

Responsible for the leadership of a 24 hour by 7 day a week maintenance operation for the die sort operation and a team of 6 engineers responsible for the wafer test programs, networking and database support of the die sort operations.Sr. Product Engineer Failure Analysis, 1998 – March 2000Led an eight-person product engineering team responsible for electrical and physical failure analysis for new products. This team was responsible for the identification of yield limiting defects for new generations of 64Meg and 128Meg DRAMS. Promoted to principal engineer in October of 1999.
