Orders became automatically assigned to a franchise based on the postcode of the customer. A further back-end solution was built to directly reroute payments into the respective store's Stripe, Afterpay, or PayPal at the point of checkout - removing the requirement of an accountant needing to manually pay the franchise.- Collaborated with a team of professionals to create an innovative and industry first NDIS payment gateway. This allowed customers to place orders through the Medimart website and choose to pay with their NDIS funds.- Led the overarching marketing strategy for Medimart and its collective franchises, working closely with the managing director.
