Responsible for helping maintain/run the building. I handle all active and incoming invoices, help plan schedules for projects around the property, setup/contribute to board meetings monthly, schedule activities & plans for the properties club room, and then answer and help any owner that may be having issue in the building.

I help deliver and file damage reports from previous guests. With the reports I must inspect rooms and locate issues to either charge for a guest damage, or recommend owner upgrades help them gain better revenue. Prior I was a Senior Agent at the Front Desk, which was the liaison between guests and the rest of the company. Customer service was honed in a lot with this position and led me to train for the computer system and maintain records of all cash flow for my reservations.

In this position I was responsible for all communications for owners, guests, and vendors, all long with payment processes, and social media marketing. With a wide variety of skills I needed to have this role led me to be the best I could be at customer service, and organization.
