This position entailed running the simulcast of the 'Gresh & Fauria' radio show on Audacy's WEEI channel using a combination of broadcasting programs and creating engaging show graphics based on the themes and topics being discussed. I used applications ranging from Flowicks to Brightcove, and used Newtek broadcasting boards to run these digital shows. In addition to this, my duties included managing the show's social media by clipping live content and repurposing these clips into user-friendly and topical posts. These show elements would be used for social campaigns targeting brand establishment within targeted demographics. In my time in the position, I grew the Gresh & Fauria Instagram account to a following of over 2,700 with daily content reaching over 50,000 impressions. Additionally, I pushed our show to be the most viewed digital asset on the station's YouTube channel by obtaining over 1 million views.

Produced four different podcasts while hosting two of those. I began producing 'The Bradfo Sho' for WEEI site Editor Rob Bradford in 2022. As Producer, I over saw the recording, editing, and publishing of each episode. During each episode I would keep note of the topics covered by the host and kept note of time markers. This process allowed me to build an efficient and streamlined post production process allowing me to create promotional material for each episode, and grow the show's branding across social media platforms. My success with 'The Bradfo Sho' brought me the opportunity to establish a second show, based on Rob Bradford's book campaign I aided him with, under Audacy's sports podcasting branch. I would help build the formatting and begin producing the show 'Baseball Isn't Boring' with Rob Bradford hosting as well. My efficiencies with 'The Bradfo Sho' allowed me to bring on two show's to produce while working as a Production Assistant at WEEI.Following my promotion to Full Time as a Live Stream Video Producer, I began producing my third show with Audacy, 'Breaking Boston'. Through my self taught knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and campaign management background and years of social media management I then was provided with an opportunity to structure and create my own Red Sox podcast to replace Rob Bradford's eight years running program on the WEEI network. My fourth show with Audacy is a great personal achievement and the growth of all these assets coupled with this personal one for myself is something I take great pride. Learning to use platforms such as YouTube and Megaphone to distribute our product as well as expand our subscription base was instrumental in the success of the show after launching, as well as the collaborative social media campaigning by all the hosts to promote show content.

Using a range of applications including but not limited to Wideorbit and Om.ny to cut and edit Over The Air(OTA) content and publish in podcast form. In addition to editing and publishing, my position also required copy editing episode titles and descriptions that would best advertise the content to our targeted demographic within the Boston sports market.

Curated baseball content for social media to establish a grassroots campaign for a book authored by current Los Angeles Dodger and two-time World Series Champion, Joe Kelly, and co-author Rob Bradford. During my time running these accounts, I successfully helped establish a base audience of roughly 3,000 Twitter followers and 1,000 Instagram followers. This allowed for enough base support to publish the book and later a podcast with Audacy.

Assisted Representative Josh Cutler in his legislative duties by providing communication, legislative, and constituent support. This included but was not limited to managing the Representative’s correspondence, creating concise social media postings for Commonwealth notices, coordinating the Representative’s scheduling, and researching and synthesizing Commonwealth policy with the purpose of disseminating to the public.

Planning and executing campaign efforts ranging from constituent outreach and campaign fundraising to organizing campaign events and candidate appearances. Additional duties included digitizing the Treasurer’s outreach through creating and building multi-media voter information across various social platforms.

Organized and executed volunteer events for Wareham Gatemen players’ participation. Established a relationship between the fan base and players to promote both the team and the Cape Cod Baseball League as an entity that gives back to their community.
