About Cooper Bohley

I am an alum of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Software Engineering. As a Software Engineering Intern at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I developed shell scripts that interfaced with custom-designed Docker containers. I also created a CI pipeline for Docker applications and presented my final product to the Common Feature Library Team. As a Software Engineering Intern at Teledyne FLIR, I wrote Python scripting solutions, interfaced with SQL databases, and created C# solutions for large scale projects. At Cal Poly, I am involved in Cal Poly CubeSat (PolySat), which is the inventor of the CubeSat standard and maintains a number of satellites in orbit as well as a groundstation for satellite communication.I am interested in full stack or back end development moving forward, and I hope to work with big data. I am passionate about public speaking and leadership, and would like to develop those skills both inside and outside of the office. Already, I have also developed my soft skills in leadership, public speaking, and communication with leadership roles in multiple mock trial groups in San Luis Obispo and Goleta, including helping to lead a college program to the National Championship Tournament.
