I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), board certified Physician Associate who values service, health equity, advocacy, and diversity. I believe healthcare is a human right and am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care through shared decision-making to everyone who trusts me with their health. I love being a PA because my broad medical training from physicians across multiple specialties and settings allows me to efficiently and effectively expand my knowledge and skills to meet the healthcare needs of my community.I have experience practicing full-spectrum, team-based primary care in the FQHC setting, including managing complex co-morbidities, mental illness, contraception management (IUDs & Nexplanon), low-risk prenatal care, minor skin procedures, newborn/pediatric/school-based health, PrEP/PEP, low-risk hepatitis C, gender-affirming hormone initiation and management, and substance use disorder treatment (Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol).Outside of clinic, I volunteer as treasurer of the LBGT PA Caucus, and as a representative of Washington PAs to the American Academy of PAs House of Delegates. Additionally, I chair and serve on various professional committees and health equity initiatives.In addition to direct patient care, I am interested in leadership, education, and administration.
