He helps clients improve the operating efficiency of their cyber security organizations and understand their threat context and ecosystem exposure, including supply chain risk, operational technology issues, and regulatory burdens. David led a diverse team of consultants across multiple engagements with a major health agency. David provided oversight and subject matter expertise in the areas of privacy assurance and security incident response (including HIPAA and HITECH, policy development, E-Government Act and FISMA compliance, and developing web-based software tools to enhance privacy business processes. He led enterprise-wide policy gap analysis, which highlighted compliance issues regarding HIPAA, HITECH, and the Privacy and Security Rules.
