• Provide support to Human Resource Department• Upload and file documents electronically• Assist with recruiting• Responsible for organizing, tracking and payroll tasks related to temp employees• Intake and set up of new hire paperwork• Track seasonal temp employees• Enter weekly hours – notify temp company when all have been received• Answer phones and assist with front desk operations when Receptionist is out• Complete New Hire verified persons I9 paper work.
