Reported directly to the Co-Founder, providing support in a one-on-one working relationship. Accompanied Co-Founder to meetings for the purpose of taking minutes/notes. Conducted market research, online research, data entry, coordinated travel arrangements to trade shows/conferences, maintained calendar, monitored upcoming events and assisted with various projects as required.

Position included primarily varied manual labor associated with all phases of home and commercial maintenance, repair, and renovation. Duties also included taking phone calls, conducting business research, handling company orders and email correspondence, bookkeeping and reporting using Quickbooks, and preparing relevant tax documents for the accountant. Additionally acted as project supervisor, visiting ongoing job sites to make sure subcontractors were on site and on schedule with the necessary quality of work accomplished, and ensuring that the client was happy and satisfied that all of their questions or concerns were heard and addressed.
