Mitzvah Garden KC is a nonprofit organization that harvests fruits, vegetables, and honey to donate to those in need in Kansas City. I worked in a team of four to research how the Mitzvah Garden could take the next step in growing its business. We met with CPA Mr. Graham who taught us about the differences between LLCs and 501(C)(3)s. We gathered all of our research and put it together in a presentation for the client.
