I am a network engineer with experience in enterprise-level roles ranging from network administration to call center operations to team management.I am currently part of a highly effective network team in Cognizant that manages the corporate network and voice infrastructure for our organization. Our environment includes data centers, satellite offices and call center operations. The infrastructure is largely based on the Cisco platform.Previously, I was the Voice Team Supervisor for Nemours, a children's health organization. My team supported the Cisco Unified Communications VoIP phone system, peripheral applications and voice network equipment integrated across two hospitals and over 50 satellite clinics and corporate offices. I particularly enjoy problem solving, developing creative solutions and learning about new technologies. I like to gain a full understanding of current environments and work on ways to simplify or improve them. I am known for staying calm under pressure and staying on top of issues until resolved.
