As a part of the curriculum at Hotelschool The Hague, Managing an Outlet is a management & leadership course where I managed our fine dining restaurant Le Dèbut. I was in charge of training & leading a team of Practical Education (year 1) students. Decision making, training, communication, giving & receiving feedback and management skills were main focus areas.

When working as a Food & Beverage intern for the Ritz-Carlton, I have rotated between different F&B departments. I started working in a fine-dining restaurant as hostess and waitress. Later, I was part of the Room Service team, as well as Pool Service. I finished my time in Tenerife working as a hostess and waitress taking care of the 5-star breakfast for our guests.
