• Supervise the funding commitment and invoicing process of the program including QA reviews on all invoice reconciliations
• Resolve exceptions found such as fraud & abuse, ineligible sites within the consortium, and ineligible services requested

• Performed initial review of E-Rate applications submitted by School Districts and Library Boards requesting Federal funding for telecom and internet access
• Reviewed Priority I applications for telecom and internet funding requests
• Reviewed Priority II applications for network hardware and infrastructure funding requests
• Ensured 100% compliance with Company procedures regarding completed applications
• Worked directly with applicant to clear any known or found exceptions in the application process
• Communicate found exceptions or discrepancies with Services Team to clear additional items noted during the process
