While serving as the Creative Director for NorthStar, my team managed and helped to promote the NorthStar brand in the industry and surrounding areas - and leading marketing initiatives for each of their subsidiaries.I came to NorthStar as they were seeking to take their first step into the production world. I worked with the marketing team to build their first studio, identify and evaluate equipment options, and oversee production. We experienced rapid growth, and were rolled out as a separate division (Blu Giant) in January of 2012.My primary responsibility at Blu Giant was to prepare pitches for prospects, provide Creative Direction to the team, and work directly with clients as we explored how to best tell their story through hypermedia.Blu Giant, a multi-disciplinary agency, empowered advisors through story driven creative and innovative technology, an experience we called hypermedia. This included identity design, video production, web development, campaign execution, and conference production.
