-Managed the Chamber's Affinity Group Program, which is comprised of almost 50 member-volunteers-Provided oversight and guidance to volunteer leaders of the affinity groups-Lead diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within the affinity groups, as well as other areas within the chamber-Worked closely with each affinity group executive committee to create a work plan that aligns with the Chamber's goals set for by the Chamber Board of Directors-Set budgets and manage finances for specific affinity groups

-Successfully directed the Chamber's signature program, Leadership Program-Directed the Chamber Business Academy, offering educational opportunities to support our members' professional and business development
