I started this job as a receptionist and was promoted to Customer Service Representative. I took phone calls daily from customers, answered customer’s questions about the company’s products, and helped with pricing and billing questions. I was also able to pay the company’s bills and was in charge of reordering office supplies along with various other responsibilities. I left this position in 2013 to be a stay at home mother.

My main job title was Customer Service Representative. My job duties were to answer the phone and assist customers in the office with their monthly payments. I was also able to print all of the paperwork and contracts for buying a vehicle and present it to the customer. I could do daily cash sheets, end of the month finance reports, paid monthly bills, and did payroll on occasion.
