As a Counsellor specialising in Addiction, I deliver high-quality and effective interventions to young people, adults and their loved ones who are impacted by Addiction. My focus is to support individuals through talk-therapy & psycho-education, to facilitate recovery & to enable clients to realise their true, unique & full potential. I am passionate about reducing stigmas surrounding Mental Health & Help-Seeking, especially in the field of Addiction. I am fully accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI).I have a strong academic background in Counselling & Addiction Studies, holding a BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy (PCI College, Dublin), a BA in Addiction Studies (ICHAS College, Limerick), a Professional Certificate in Problem Gambling (University College, Cork) & an MA in Child, Youth & Family Studies (SETU, Carlow). I have a background in Auditing & Accounting, having qualified as a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) at Thames Valley University, London.
